Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Team Exchange collects, uses, stores, and protects the information we receive from customers, staff, and users of our SMS messaging platform.

1. Information we collect

We may collect business information, account contact details, and mobile phone numbers used for SMS campaigns and business communications. We may also collect opt-in and opt-out records, message logs, delivery status data, and campaign metadata necessary to operate the platform.

2. How we use phone numbers

Phone numbers are used to send operational, account, reminder, campaign, and customer-support SMS messages that are relevant to the business relationship or service being provided.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

3. SMS opt-in data protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used solely to operate the messaging service described in this policy: delivering the operational SMS messages you consented to receive, maintaining compliance records, and honoring opt-out requests.

4. What messages users may receive

Users may receive appointment reminders, event updates, staffing alerts, opt-in confirmations, account notifications, customer support communications, and campaign message content that the business has explicitly approved for sending.

5. Consent, opt-in flow, and help

We only send SMS messages to users who have provided valid consent or are otherwise lawfully eligible to receive messages under applicable communication rules. The opt-in flow is explicit: users review the privacy policy and terms, confirm they are choosing to receive operational SMS updates, and then submit their number through the website or onboarding form. Messages are only sent after that affirmative opt-in.

This may include appointment reminders, staffing updates, account notifications, campaign acknowledgements, and other business communications relevant to the account or service. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact the business directly using the support contact listed in the account settings.

6. Data storage and protection

We store phone numbers and related consent records in secure systems with access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access. We retain only the information needed to provide the service, maintain compliance records, and respond to customer support requests.

7. Sharing and third parties

We may share phone numbers and message data with trusted SMS infrastructure providers, hosting providers, and customer support tools only as needed to deliver the service, maintain compliance, and support the operation of the platform. We do not sell or share mobile numbers for third-party marketing.

8. Message delivery limitations

SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers and network conditions. We do not guarantee delivery timing or successful delivery of every message. Message delays, failures, or undelivered messages may occur due to carrier issues, device conditions, or network availability.

9. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact the business or support team associated with this account through the support email or phone number shown in the application settings.
